    Usage

    This machine is mainly used for thread forming by extrusion within its pressure range.

    Features

    1. Three rollers at 120°angle work simultaneously for uniform thread forming - ideal for thin-wall and special-shaped workpieces.

    2. Wide application range: Φ33~Φ90 mm pipe diameter, wall thickness ≥ 2mm, unlimited thread length.

    3. Robust and reliable construction: total weight around 2800kg, high-strength frame design for smooth operation and long service life.

    4. Flexible operation: spindle tilt angle adjustable within ±6°, variable feed rate for different workpiece requirements.

    5. Built-in cooling system: ensures stable temperature during processing and extends roller life.

    Operation Sequence

    1. Place the workpiece into the thread rolling position and adjust accordingly.

    2. Start machine; three rollers feed simultaneously to form threads by extrusion.

    3. Cooling system operates continuously during the process to maintain stable temperature.

    4. After completion, rollers retract automatically; remove the finished workpiece.

    5. Cycle repeats for continuous production.
