一、设备的用途 / Usage：

该设备主要用于：澳星立杆圆管与”V卡”工件的自动焊接。（无需人工点焊，可按客户要求定制）。

This machine is mainly used for automatic welding of steel pipes and “V-beacket” fittings for Kwikstage standards. (No manual tack welding required; customizable upon request) 

二、适用工件范围 / Applicable Range for Workpieces：

• 管子长度 Pipe length：0.5 - 3m (Customizable)
• 圆管直径 Pipe diameter: φ48mm
• V卡尺寸一致性 V-bracket consistency: 尺寸一致，开口扭曲≤0.1mm
• 工件长度误差 Length tolerance < 1 mm(±0.5 mm)

Completes multiangle welding of 24 V brackets on a 3 meter standard in one cycle –significantly improves productivity.
