1. 设备概览(Overview)

  金狮钢支撑内管自动焊接机是专为建筑钢支撑外管(可调撑杆外管)的自动化焊接而研发的专用设备。本机集自动上料(圆管、底盘、丝头)、自动夹紧定位、脉冲焊接、自动卸料于一体,该设备采用PLC+工业级触摸屏控制系统,操作员仅需将管材与底板分别放入指定料架,踩下脚踏开关即可触发全自动焊接循环,大幅降低人工干预与劳动强度。

This JINSHI Shoring Prop Inner Tube Automatic Welding Machine is a specialized solution developed for the automated welding of shoring prop inner tubes(Adjustable prop/Shoring inner tubes). Integrating automatic lading(pipe, base plate, and threaded spigot), automatic clamping and positioning, pulsed welding, and automatic unloading, the machine is centrally controlled by a PLC+industrial-grade HMI touch screen. The operator simply places the pipes and base plates into their respective racks, then steps on the food switch to initiate the fully automatic welding cycle - dramatically reducing manual intervention and labor intensity.

  该设备配备一台NUM-500D数字化脉冲焊机,搭配专用双驱送丝机构,确保焊接过程电弧稳定、飞溅极少。主轴采用步进电机+齿轮减速驱动,工件旋转平稳,焊缝360°均匀美观。

Powered by one NBM-500D digital pulsed welding power source and a dedicated dual-drive wire feeder, the machine ensures stable arc and minimal spatter. The spindle is driven by a stepper motor with gear reducer, delivering smooth workpiece rotation and consistently uniform 360°weld appearance.

3.1 三组件全自动上料 - 一次装夹完成

Three-Component Automatic Loading - Complete in One Clamping

  • 设备可同时处理圆管、底盘、丝头三种工件。操作员只需将管材与丝管分别排放在上料架上、将底板装入料箱,后续的送料、定位、夹紧、下压固定均由设备自动完成,大幅降低人工搬运与装夹劳动强度。
  • The machine simultaneously handles three components: the pipe, base plate, and threaded spigot. The operator simply arranges the pipes and spigots on their respective racks and loads base plates into the magazine—the subsequent feeding, positioning, clamping, and pressing are all completed automatically, significantly reducing manual handling and clamping labor.

 

3.2 二步脚踏操作 – 简单安全
Two-Step Foot Switch Operation – Simple & Safe

  • 采用双手解放的脚踏开关控制模式:

第一步:踩下脚踏开关,气缸自动送管入位,将管与底板夹紧,焊枪落下至焊接位置。

第二步:再次踩下脚踏开关,工件开始旋转并引弧焊接。按设定角度旋转到位后,自动停止焊接、退枪、松开、卸料。操作逻辑清晰,防误触,安全性高。

  • A foot-switch control mode frees both hands:

Step 1: Press the foot switch—the pneumatic cylinder automatically feeds the pipe into position, clamps the pipe and base plate, and lowers the torch into welding position.

Step 2: Press the foot switch again—the workpiece begins rotating and arc ignition starts. Once the preset rotation angle is reached, welding stops automatically, the torch retracts, the workpiece is released, and the finished part is unloaded. Clear operating logic with anti-accidental-actuation safety.
