该设备主要用于：澳星大拇指工件的自动焊接。（可按客户要求定制）。

This machine is mainly used for automatic welding of Transom End for Kwikstage ledgers. (Customizable upon request) 

二 、适用工件要求 / Applicable Workpiece Requirements：

• 工件一致性好，扭曲≤0.1mm 

Good consistency of workpieces, distortion ≤ 0.1 mm

1. 理想的焊缝形成减少了打磨时间和焊材浪费，焊缝均匀美观。

2. 采用PLC+工业级触摸屏方式，人机界面。控制系统元器件采用进口或国内知名品牌。焊接速度无级可调，操作简单方便，工作性能稳定可靠，集机、电、气控于一体。

4. 2个工位交替焊接，且自动卸料，速度快，效率比人工焊接提高2倍以上。
Two stations alternate welding with automatic unloading – fast speed, efficiency more    than double that of manual welding
