    金狮JS-LGPL-48型立杆生产线是一款集激光切管、自动冲孔、脉冲焊接、机器人码垛于一体的全自动流水线设备,专为圆盘式脚手架(雷亚架/Layher架) 立杆的规模化、智能化生产而研发。

    该设备采用PLC+工业级触摸屏集中控制,通过传送装置无缝衔接各工艺单元,实现了从原材料钢管到成品码垛的全流程自动化作业。整线集成了次品自动分离功能,极大地减少了人工干预,是追求极致产能与性价比的理想选择。

    JINSHI JS-LGPL-48 Standard Production Line is a fully automated flow-line solution integrating laser pipe cutting, automatic punching, pulsed welding, and robotic palletizing. It is specifically developed for the large-scale, intelligent production of ringlock scaffolding (Layher-type) vertical standards.

    The production line adopts centralized PLC + industrial-grade HMI touch screen control, seamlessly connecting each process unit via conveyor systems to achieve fully automated operation from raw steel pipe to finished product palletizing. With integrated automatic defective product separation, the line significantly minimizes manual intervention, making it an ideal choice for pursuing maximum throughput and cost-effectiveness.

    4.1 去流程自动化(Full-Process Automation)

    一线贯通:从原材料钢管上料→激光定长切断→自动冲孔→自动穿盘焊接→机器人码垛,全线由PLC 集中调度,消除工序间的人工转运环节。

    One Continuous Line:From raw pipe loading →laser cut-to-length →automatic punching → automatic disc-fitting and welding →robotic palletizing ,the entire line is centrally orchestrated by the PLC,eliminating manual material transfer between processes.

    循环作业:焊接工位在焊接的同时,前道工序持续上料、冲孔,实现并行作业,产线利用率最大化。

    Parallel Operation:While welding is in progress,preceding processes continue loading and

    punching simultaneously,maximizing overall line utilization.

    4.2 次品自动分离系统(Automatic Defective Product Separation)

    焊接工位配备智能断弧、断丝检测功能。当焊机报警识别出不合格品时,该工件将被传送装置自动分流至次品放置区,不与成品混流,从系统层面杜绝不良品流出。

    The welding stations are equipped with intelligent arc interruption and wire feed fault detection.When a defective part is identified by the power source alarm ,it is automatically diverted by the conveyor to a designated reject area,preventing any mix-up with finished products and ensuring zero defect outflow at the system level.

    4.3 脉冲焊机(Pulsed Welding Machine)

    内置针对Q345B/Q235 材质的专家焊接参数,13 台NBM-500D 数字化脉冲焊机同步作业,确保圆盘与立杆的环缝焊接均匀美观,抗剪力达标,大幅减少打磨时间。

    Built-in expert welding parameters for Q345 B/Q235 materials.Thirteen NBM-500D digital pulsed power sources operate synchronously,ensuring uniform and aesthetically pleasing circumferential welds with compliant shear strength,drastically reducing grinding time.

    4.4 安全防护(Safety Protection)

    整线集成CE 级别安全设计,包括紧急停止联锁、防护栅栏接口、漏电保护等,符合DIN EN ISO 13849-1机械安全要求。

    The entire line integrates CE-level safety design,including emergency stop interlocks,safety fence interfaces,and leakage protection,complying with DIN EN ISO 13849-1 machine safety requirements.

    5.动作流程描述(Process Flow Description)工艺流程总览/Process Flow Overview:

    原材料钢管上料→激光切管机自动定长切断→切断完成→传送至冲孔机自动上下料→液压冲孔→冲孔完成→传送装置将钢管送入焊接机上料架→自动穿管(人工放置圆盘)→焊接→焊接完成→传送装置输出→合格品送入码垛工位→机器人抓取码入物料框→完成为止

    循环机制/Cycle Mechanism:焊接过程中,前道工序同步进行上料、放盘、穿管,周而复始,产线连续运转。

    During the welding process,preceding stations simultaneously proceed with loading ,disc placement, and pipe feeding in a continuous cycle.

    次品处理/Defect Handling:焊接检测不合格的产品,由传送装置自动送入指定次品区域。

    Defective products detected during welding are automatically conveyed to the designated reject area.
