Automatic Base Jack Welding Machine

This JINSHI Base Jack Automatic Welding Machine is a specialized solution developed for the automated welding of scaffold adjustable base jacks(base plate+screw tube). Adopting a gear-reduced stepper motor drive and pneumatic quick-clamping system, the machine completes single-sided circumferential fillet welding between the screw tube and base plate-without the need for manual tack welding. The resulting welds are uniform and fully filled, achieving over twice the efficiency of manual welding.

Product Description
